My work experience was enough. I didn't need to spend any time for preparing. But ofcourse, I had a glance at the sample material that are posted in this site and those topics covered the essentials of XML quite well.

Usually I use XML Bible and Oreilly's XML Pocket Reference when I need any help. But for XML Master Basic, the sample material present in this website is a very good start for the newbies.

Go through the sampe questions given in XML Master's website. And if you don't have practical experience, then spend some time doing practicals as it gives a better insight of the power of XML.
